MACA is recruiting Dump Truck Operators for the Sanjiv Ridge iron ore project in the East Pilbara, about 241 km south-east of Port Hedland, where it mines for Atlas Iron. The roster is 2 and 1, fly-in fly-out from Perth into Port Hedland, with both full-time and casual positions available. Experienced operators receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Key Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks in an open pit production mining environment
- Work safely and efficiently to meet the client's production plan
- Carry out pre-start checks and report defects on your machine
- Work independently and as part of the production crew
About You
- At least 12 months' experience in open pit production mining
- Experience on Komatsu HD1500 and CAT 785 haul trucks
- Current WA driver's licence
- Able to work independently with a safety-first attitude
