Processing Production Coordinator | Agnew near Leinster | 8/6 FIFO

About the Role

Gold Fields is looking for a Processing Production Coordinator at its Agnew gold mine near Leinster in Western Australia. The role is permanent, on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, flying in and out from Perth. Reporting to the Superintendent Processing Production, you will run the gold processing plant day to day and lead the process crews. Applications close on 17 November 2026, and shortlisting has already started.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plant operations and crews for safe, steady production
• Lead on safety, including permit to work, isolations and critical risk controls
• Hit budget for tonnes treated, gold produced and plant recovery
• Coach and develop operators through regular feedback and the performance process
• Keep operations, maintenance and metallurgy teams working together to cut downtime
• Keep the plant compliant with environmental plans and the Cyanide Code
• Find and deliver improvements in safety, stability and cost

About You

• Experience as a processing coordinator, ideally in a gold plant
• A Statutory Supervisor Certificate (Section 26)
• Strong knowledge of permit to work, isolation and risk systems
• Experience with the International Cyanide Management Code is highly regarded
• A WA manual driver's licence
