About the Role
PLS is hiring an experienced Process Operator at its Pilgangoora lithium operation in the Pilbara. This is a permanent full time role on an 8/6 or 7/7 roster, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from within the Pilbara. You will report to the Shift Supervisor and run plant equipment safely and efficiently. Applications close on 2 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control plant areas including crushing, HPGR, screening, heavy media separation, milling, gravity, flotation, filtration, reagents and tailings
- Communicate with the team through the shift and report on plant status and issues
- Flag equipment that needs preventative maintenance or repair
- Suggest process improvements
About You
- Solid experience running a wet processing plant, particularly heavy media separation, grinding, flotation, reagents or filter press
- Control room experience
- Experience with isolations and permit systems
- A current WA driver's licence
- Forklift, loader, confined space, working at heights or EWP tickets are highly regarded
