Bellevue Gold is building a new Paste Plant team at its Bellevue Gold Mine, about 30 km north of Leinster in Western Australia, and is hiring Paste Plant Technicians. Key Responsibilities
- Operate the paste plant and its equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor and control batching, mixing and pumping of paste fill
- Make sure paste is produced and delivered to the required quality and operating standards
- Inspect plant equipment and infrastructure and report defects
- Complete daily checks, record production data and respond to alarms and operating issues
- Help with start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers and minor maintenance within your competency
- Track binder, reagent and aggregate use and report shortages
- Keep the plant tidy and take part in risk assessments, toolbox talks and improvement work
About You
- Previous experience as a Paste Crew Operator
- Metalliferous processing experience is desirable
- Good time management and the ability to juggle several tasks
- Strong communication, literacy and MS Office skills
- Attention to detail and logical problem solving
