About the Role
MACA's Crushing team needs a Maintenance Planner at the Beebyn-W11 Iron Ore Project, about 70 km north-northwest of Cue in WA's Mid West. The mine is owned by Fenix Resources and is one of the highest-grade iron ore operations in the state. The role runs on an 8/6 roster, with FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Geraldton, and suits an experienced planner who wants to work with a small, close crew. MACA says both full-time and casual rates are on offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily workshop jobs and maintenance work
- Line up labour, parts and equipment so jobs finish on time
- Track progress on each job and adjust the schedule when things change
- Work with supervisors, tradespeople and other stakeholders
- Keep job and schedule records accurate and up to date
- Spot workflow problems early and fix them
About You
- At least two years in a similar scheduling or maintenance coordination role
- A mechanical trade certificate is preferred
- Well organised with strong time management
- Comfortable in a fast-moving workshop
- Clear communicator and practical problem solver
