About the Role
Regis Resources needs a Paste Plant Operator for its Duketon underground operations near Laverton in Western Australia's northern Goldfields. This is a permanent full-time FIFO role on a 2:2 roster (two weeks on, two weeks off) flying out of Perth. You will run the paste plant that supplies backfill to the underground mine and keep it hitting production and quality targets. Applications close on 10 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the paste plant to meet production and quality targets
- Control paste density, slump, flow, pressure and cement addition
- Complete pre-start checks, risk assessments and plant inspections
- Carry out plant start-ups, shutdowns and line flushing
- Work closely with the underground paste crews to coordinate pours
- Take QA and QC samples and keep accurate shift records
About You
- Operating experience in fixed plant, processing or a paste plant
- A good understanding of plant start-up and shutdown procedures
- Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting
- Underground experience is highly regarded, and Schedule 26 is an advantage
- The right to live and work in Australia
