Non-Process Infrastructure Superintendent | Jundee near Wiluna | 4/3 FIFO

About the Role

Northern Star Resources is hiring a permanent Non-Process Infrastructure Superintendent at its Jundee Operations near Wiluna in Western Australia. The role works Tuesday to Friday, four days on and three days off, flying in and out of Perth. Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will lead the safe, reliable and cost-effective upkeep of everything on site outside the processing plant, from the camp and village to utilities, light vehicles and buses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the non-process infrastructure maintenance function across Jundee
• Oversee maintenance of the camp, village, facilities, utilities, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, light vehicles, buses and mobile support equipment
• Track backlog, defects, work order quality and schedule compliance
• Work with Planning and Reliability on scoping, scheduling and close-out, and make sure critical spares and contractor needs are visible
• Manage contractor performance, quality, safety compliance and cost
• Support shutdowns and major works where these assets meet the processing plant, and drive out repeat failures

About You

• Significant maintenance leadership experience in mining, remote operations, heavy industry, site services, facilities or utilities
• Experience with Pronto, SAP, AMT or a similar maintenance system
• Practical knowledge of preventative maintenance, backlog management, scheduling, contractor management and statutory compliance
• A trade certificate (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, building services or mobile plant), an engineering or asset management qualification, or equivalent experience
• Current C class Australian driver's licence
• Able to pass a medical, drug and alcohol screening and a National Police Clearance, with the right to work in Australia
