Civeo is hiring experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors for its accommodation villages in the Bowen Basin, central Queensland. These are permanent full-time roles on a 14/7 drive-in drive-out roster. You can drive to site yourself if you live locally, or take Civeo's staff bus from Mackay. It is a hands-on leadership role in the dining room and crib areas, running a team of General Assistants and lifting the standard of food service for village guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the General Assistants working in the dining room and crib area
- Keep food service running smoothly during busy meal periods
- Train and develop team members on the floor
- Drive continuous improvement in the village food service
- Handle basic administration and computer tasks for the shift
About You
- Strong leadership experience in large catering settings such as hotels, functions or remote accommodation
- Comfortable in high volume, fast paced work
- A passion for training staff and clear communication
- Basic computer and admin skills, attention to detail and punctuality
- A current driver's licence and confidence driving on site
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and background checks
