About the Role
PLS is hiring a Dump Truck Operator for its Pilgangoora lithium operation in the Pilbara. The role is permanent full-time on an 8/6 or 7/7 roster across days and nights, with FIFO from Perth or DIDO from within the Pilbara region. You will report to the Mining Production Supervisor for haulage and run dump trucks in a hard rock open pit. Applications close 22 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and productively in the open pit
- Complete pre-start checks on mobile equipment before each shift
- Identify and report hazards and incidents
- Operate other mobile machinery when the operation needs it
- Share knowledge and help guide fellow operators
About You
- At least two years operating heavy surface mining equipment, ideally CAT 785 trucks or larger
- Experience with Priority Rules and a fleet management system
- Able to work 12.5 hour shifts, including night shift
- WA C class manual driver's licence, with an HR licence preferred
