About the Role
Zenith Energy is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join its team building a hybrid power system for the KCGM gold operation at Kalgoorlie. This is a 12 month fixed term contract on a 2/1 FIFO roster, with Perth as the point of hire. Applications close on 30 November 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer contracts from tender through to completion
- Prepare tender documents and run supplier evaluations
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Assess progress claims and variations
- Keep contract records and the procurement matrix up to date
- Track RFIs and technical queries through to resolution
About You
- A qualification in construction management, quantity surveying or a related field
- Experience as a contracts administrator in mining, construction or infrastructure
- Experience on major projects
- Strong skills in Word and Excel
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and obtain a National Police Clearance
- Full Australian working rights
