Blaster/Painter | Kalgoorlie and Goldfields Sites | 2/1 FIFO/DIDO

Monadelphous is growing its Kalgoorlie team as several major projects and maintenance programs ramp up across the WA Goldfields, and it is hiring a Blaster/Painter. The role works a 2/1 roster. Perth residents fly in and out to Kalgoorlie with accommodation provided, while Kalgoorlie locals work the same roster on a drive in drive out basis. Days run 8 to 12 hours depending on whether you are on site or in the yard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out asset integrity work on client sites
- Repair internal tank linings
- Complete blasting and painting work in the Kalgoorlie yard
- Travel by road to various Goldfields sites for on-site blasting and painting
About You
- Experience applying epoxy coatings (required)
- Polyurea experience is preferred
- Experience maintaining airless pumps, plural units and reactors is preferred
- Experience maintaining sandblasting equipment is preferred
- Valid Australian driver's licence, Working at Heights and Confined Space entry tickets
- Proof of right to work in Australia and the ability to pass a National Police Check
