ESS, the remote services brand of Compass Group Australia, is recruiting FIFO Bus Drivers for a newly awarded remote site contract in regional Western Australia. The roster is 2 weeks on, 1 week off, flying in and out, and the role is permanent full-time. You will move employees, visitors and contractors safely around site and help with freight and logistics when needed. This is a new mobilisation, so you would be part of the operation from the start. Key Responsibilities
- Driving employees, visitors and contractors safely across the site
- Pre-start vehicle inspections and basic vehicle care
- Supporting freight movements and site logistics
- Loading, unloading and moving materials by forklift
- Keeping accurate records and following site safety procedures
- Representing ESS professionally with good customer service
- Helping with general site operational tasks as required
About You
- Current HR licence, which is essential
- Current forklift licence (LF), which is essential
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Able to work in a remote FIFO environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous remote site, transport or logistics experience is highly regarded
- Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
