About the Role
Civeo is hiring an Assistant Village Manager for its Queensland villages. The role is full time on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Brisbane. You will help run housekeeping, kitchen and dining, and the wider village, with a clear path to a Village Manager role after 12 months, subject to performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day to day operations across accommodation, food service and facilities
- Build a safety-first culture through pre-start meetings and compliance checks
- Build strong relationships with clients and keep service standards high
- Manage rostering, budgets, stock and reporting
- Train, coach and mentor village staff
About You
- Experience managing remote village operations, large-scale hospitality or accommodation services
- Sound budgeting and cost control skills
- Working knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance
- A hands-on leader who communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
