Underground Paste Crew | Bellevue Gold Mine near Leinster | 7/7 FIFO

About the Role

Barminco has won the underground contract at the Bellevue Gold Mine, about 40 km north-east of Leinster in the Northern Goldfields of Western Australia, and is hiring experienced Underground Paste Crew. The roles are full-time on a 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth. Bellevue is one of the country's highest-grade underground gold mines, with a hybrid power station that draws most of its energy from renewables. Applications close 21 October 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Run paste fill and monitor paste devices, walls and valves
• Work with the paste plant operator to fill stopes to plan
• Install, check and maintain paste barricades and bulkheads
• Inspect and clear paste lines to prevent blockages
• Complete paste checklists and paperwork

About You

• Previous experience in an underground paste crew
• A strong commitment to safety and site procedures
• Relevant operating tickets and licences
• Able to work alone or as part of a team
• Able to meet site access requirements, including a medical, drug and alcohol test, National Police Clearance and a manual driver's licence
