Civeo is recruiting permanent full-time FIFO Site Administrators for its remote accommodation villages across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. The role is listed as 14 days on and 7 days off, flying from Perth, with accommodation and meals provided on site. You will be the front of house for each village and the administration support for its leadership team. Several vacancies are open now, with more expected as the operations grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and front of house service for residents, visitors and contractors
- Accommodation check-ins and check-outs in the village reservation system
- Phone calls, enquiries, correspondence and record keeping
- Timesheets, data entry and roster administration
- Helping with onboarding, inductions and training coordination
- Collating invoices and purchase orders and preparing reports
About You
- One to two years in a FIFO site administrator, village administrator or similar role
- Experience with site systems such as INX, SAMS, SAP or RMS
- Rostering, timesheet and time and attendance experience
- Intermediate to advanced Outlook, Excel and Word
- Class C manual driver's licence and full Australian working rights
- Able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol screen, and hold or obtain a National Police Clearance
