Site Administrator | Bruno-Lewis near Leonora | 8/6 FIFO

About the Role

Genesis Minerals is looking for a Site Administrator for its Bruno-Lewis mine site in the Leonora region of Western Australia. The role is on an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth, reporting to the site Project Manager. Shortlisting starts straight away and the posting closes on 23 October 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager
• Process site access and compliance applications
• Arrange travel, accommodation, inductions and PPE for employees, contractors and visitors
• Follow up camp maintenance requests and keep office supplies stocked
• Process and check fleet management data and month-end reports

About You

• Site-based administration experience in resources (preferred)
• Experience with travel and accommodation software such as PeopleTray, and ERP software such as Pronto
• Strong MS Office skills and accurate data entry
• Able to keep information confidential
• Clear written and verbal communication and a flexible, team-first approach
• Current C class driver's licence
