Minesite Cleaning Supervisor | Remote QLD Village ex Brisbane or Townsville | 14/7 FIFO

About the Role

ISS is hiring Minesite Cleaning Supervisors to fly in and out from Brisbane, Townsville or nearby areas on a full time 14/7 roster. You will work closely with the Village Manager to run the day to day minesite cleaning service and keep standards high. ISS lists the pay at $75,000 to $90,000 a year plus super, depending on your roster. No closing date is listed.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and manage the cleaning department's budget
• Put service standards in place and review them
• Help recruit and select new team members
• Run training, performance reviews and coaching for cleaning staff
• Work closely with front office and the other village managers
• Lead and support the site team in a safe, customer focused workplace

About You

• At least two years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
• Comfortable using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Unrestricted Australian work rights, a driver's licence or photo ID, and a police check from the last 12 months or willingness to get one
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug and alcohol screen
• S11 or G189 certificate is desirable
