Leading Hand Serviceperson | Cracow Gold Operations | 8/6 and 7/7 FIFO/DIDO

About the Role

Aeris Resources is looking for a Leading Hand Serviceperson, or an experienced Serviceperson, at Cracow Gold Operations, its underground gold mine in Central Queensland near Cracow and Theodore. The role is permanent and full-time on an 8/6 or 7/7 continuous roster. You can fly in and fly out from Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast, drive in and drive out, or live locally. Applications close on 14 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and upgrade underground services, including air, water, ventilation and pumping
• Lead the service crew day to day when working as leading hand
• Operate the IT carrier, batch plant, water cart and agitator truck as required
• Keep service installations safe and in line with site standards
• Work with production and maintenance crews to keep the mine running

About You

• Full Australian work rights
• A manual driver's licence
• Experience as an underground leading hand, or solid underground service crew experience for the Serviceperson role
• Working at heights competency
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
