About the Role
MACA, a Thiess company, is hiring a permanent HSEQ Administrator for its team at the Gruyere Gold Project in Western Australia's northeastern Goldfields. The role runs on a permanent 8/6 FIFO roster. Key Responsibilities
- Keep the project's mine safety management systems running smoothly
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site HSEQ team
- Enter and manage incident records in the safety databases
- Handle sensitive and confidential records with care
- Manage deadlines and competing priorities across the HSEQ function
About You
- At least one year in a similar role in mining or a related industry
- Highly capable with Microsoft Office
- Experience with incident management databases and HSE systems is highly regarded, particularly InControl INX, SafetyCulture and Power BI
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and comfortable in a close-knit site team
