About the Role
ISS Facility Services is hiring full-time Head Chefs to fly in and fly out of Perth Airport on an 8/6 roster. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager, you will run the kitchen across breakfast, crib and dinner for a remote site, keeping food quality, presentation and food safety at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen and deliver quality meals for breakfast, crib and dinner
- Produce bulk meals and handle banquet or function service
- Meet the client's expectations for food quality and presentation
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards strictly
- Work with the Hospitality Manager to keep the village running smoothly
About You
- Experience as a Head Chef in a commercial kitchen
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
- Experience with high volume catering
- Mining village experience is a plus
- A police check from the last 12 months, or willingness to get one
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug and alcohol screen
- A driver's licence or photo ID and unrestricted Australian work rights
